What
do I do if I need a repair?
Take your vehicle to the repair facility of your choice,
have the repair technician assess the problem and call
our toll free claims line. It's as simple as that. For
a covered claim, all you pay out of your own pocket
is your low deductible!
Do
I have to go to any specific repair facility?
No! You can take your vehicle to any licensed repair
shop, facility or dealership. This ensures that you
never have to go further than need be.
If
I decide to sell my vehicle, is my contract tranferrable
to the new owner?
Yes! Your service contract may be transferred to the
new owner of your vehicle. All we require is a signed
letter by you requesting the transfer, a copy of your
warranty, and a small transfer fee.
What
if I trade my vehicle in? Can I transfer the warranty
to my new vehicle?
A warranty cannot be transferred from vehicle to vehicle,
only person to person on the same vehicle. But, your
warranty is completely cancellable at any time with
a pro-rated refund. You can simply cancel your existing
warranty and purchase another policy on your new vehicle!
Can
I renew my service contract before it expires?
Yes! You may renew your service contract as long as
it falls within the age and/or mileage restrictions.
